It was supposed to be Rurouni Kenshin (anime and manga series), but it turned out different. Oh well...

"What you pursue will be yours, but you'll lose something dear."

  Perhaps this is just the way I see it. Yet this quote reminds me of what the Human being is capable of leaving behind in order to achieve a certain goal.

       Goals   versus   Deared Ones
 Head   versus   Heart

Logical Thought versus True Feelings

  If we put our mind, soul and true effort into something, we can make it real. If we can vizualize it, then there's no stoping us. The only thing you need to do is:  restlessly search, yourself and around you, for ways of attaining your goal.
  On the other hand, sometimes it's hard to accept that there will be things left behind, in order to do so. Some often trully important.
  Still... choices need to be made. The Future is made of choices, after all. There's a balance that keeps existence together: some you win, some you lose.

"Your choices define who you are."

  Leaving things behind in order to progress can't easily be classified as good or bad. Chosing one from a number of possible paths, is just something life requires you to do. This is where Leaving turns into Living.

Thought of the Day

What is better to keep your mind off something, than doing something else? 

Keeping yourself busy is the best way to avoid those long hours staring at the ceiling and wondering about negative points.

                                              Learn with the Past and let it go.

Think positive and look forward to all the possibilities of turning your free time into something different. Who knows if that something will not be a brand new open path.

They are mostly anime related elements (Inuyasha, Devil May Cry and others) that I put together using Photoshop 7.  Please note that I am not the author of the characters and other elements included in each wallpaper (I wish I drew that well), I simply joined them together in a purely recreative purpose.
